Who is the LBBA?

Langhorne Borough Business Association is a group of business owners from Langhorne Borough. The LBBA has played a major role in planning the Langhorne Harvest Day for the last 4 years, and in 2007 the 1st annual Langhorne Borough Car Show.

The LBBA addresses concerns that effect  the Business community in Langhorne Borough, and promotes improved communication and understanding on these issues with residents and local government in an attempt to improve and grow the the community as a whole.

One issue currently drawing major interest is the pending VCO (Village Commercial Overlay District). There are many rumors and mis-information circulating about this. The concern is evidenced by the huge turnout at the November 7 meeting of the Planning Committee. The meeting actually had to be moved from the meeting room in the Borough Hall into the garage where fire engines are kept. During the meeting, it became apparent that many residents did not have access to the 80 page report describing the ordinances, and they did not know where to get a copy. To insure access to the report, the LBBA has made a copy available on this site. Click or paste the link below into your browser to view the report.

We suggest everyone read this document throughly, so that it is easier to address specific issues that arise.

We also plan to add an area to this site to post any concerns.
